Bank contact no not displayed online.staffs don't behave customer friendly/ they don't greet you properly. They do standing discussion with customers.

Wrong address, HDFC is shifted to somewhere else. Here it's Adhar seva center

Worst Experience they will try to convince you to buy there targeted products if you don't buy it then they will ask you to visit branch many times. Had very worst Experience

Worst Experience in HDFC Bank
For I'm purchase one of the our hdfc credit card. I am already attached payment auto cut up of my account but still not linked my account. And extra charges deducting my account.

First called customer care denied to reissue a credit card to nearest branch, Visited branch representative suggested to change the credit card address 1st then req for new card, but they are so unknowledgeable that there is option to req both DEBIT & CREDIT CARD to NEAREST BRANCH if lost or stolen..

Worst branch ever. It took approximately 30-40 days to remove NRE and NRO account. The service is pathetic. For credit card issuance, FD required is 4 lakh. This is crazy.

My contact at the bank has been unsuccessful in opening a NRE account for the past 4 months ( since 17th February) , even with covid 16 weeks is a long stretch..
Neither returns calls or messages ...
