Today I closed 2 of my savings accounts here. Ik it doesn't affect them but then the customer service out here is this Same useless since the past 2 years. I don't see any future work with them. Also if the talk and behave the same way it's clear they'll lose min 20% of the customer base

Even i faced same problem very rude staff, and one of the worst SBI branch. Please don't open any account you are waiting your time going to this branch. Even they don't bother about NRI account also. So I am closing my account at SBI.

One of the worst SBI branch ever.. the staff over there are very rude.. there no question of helping the account holders.. please do not.. I repeat do not open a account in this branch.. instead find another sbi or other bank near by to u or far.. trust me it will save a lot of time effor and money..
