Worst service ever. No body cares about customer service. Very rude staff.

Stupid staff....
In Peek hours it takes 2 hours to get out
In non-peek hours still it takes 30~40min to get out as YOURSELF should take a single challan to 3 different counters (20 min at each counter)

Visit this bank only when no other options left......hope this bank closes soon...

This bank was SBM Which was converted to SBI.

Worst service from entire crew. And the main person in the deposite counter was very rude with old people and with the uneducated people. And really he's very slow in work. Really don't know why still the SBI/ Branch manager is keeping him on service. This entire crew neet to dismiss from their job.
The entire Branch Staff's are Worst in their job.

Manners less staff,they don't have basic courtesy on senior citizens,behave like un civilized bruts.

Regarding gold loan renewal morning 11 am visit the bank counter no 9 one lady ask the renewal for she tell the wait onther 10 to 15 minit after wait gold loan renewal person jagadisha full day take time for renewel and after then is ask money for renewel charges 200 rs thats illegal y state bank of india y to take illegal money collection for all gold loan peoples
One off the stupid bank money not to pay its ur loan renewal to leat its bank people no one take a action this person jagadish counter no 9 lady also support jagadish for money
