HDFC Bank

I'm met this branch today 28/12/2020 @11Am to deposit the cash ,I have waited for more than two and half hour after they said there is a server issue it is highly negligence of the staff ,The teller VIDYASHREE has no time to say one word she simply wondering in th branch , make proper communication with customers don't waste our valuable time,

Dear HDFC,
I have applied for personal loan 22 days ago, till today is didn't got proper response from representative. I hope bank can be approve or reject the loan in a week based on customer credit score as per bank criteria. Bank need to communicate with customer that's how things works.

I have applied loan post recommend by friend and account holders. Again with all due respect I request kindly looking it and fix the TAT for each procedure. I kindly inform bank representative to answer to call at least.

The bank & ATM is located opposite to KSRTC busstand towards Karanhikatte road, beside Silk worm market.

very irresponsible and indecent staff,Just for five minutes of work ,Waited one day. mainly that staff name Gangadhar is tha very waste ,time pass work staff,Finally, I suggested HDFC Bank management, please change staff.👎

this is worst ever experience of my life , i opened my sb account they gave my number to all scammers of credit cards , financial fraudsters ,everyday i get 10 call to 15 minimum on work hrs .. i give no good opinion to HDFC BANK AND BRANCH , HELL

Executive Lanchana was really helpful and kind to solve my query ,she was very quick to respond and had smooth transaction ,solved my issues within minutes.Thank you for the help .

Very bad staff not at all responding
Very very bad customer service I am fed up with their services.i would like to mention their name here (Vidya and Jeevan).

This bank provides Good customer service compared to other bank branches in kolar.
