Worst bank service. No proper response from the staff. Everytime need to wait in queue for hours.

The adhaar kendra operator in this bank is rude arrogant and government is wasting taxpayers money by giving him salary, he closes before time and behaviour is worst I told him to update DOB in adhaar but he refused by saying came tomorrow iam clossing, but I told him why are you clossing so early it's just 2:15pm he played victim card that I want to go for lunch but I again told him that came after the lunch the closing time is 5:30 then he argued I will not came in an arrogant why but I still ask him just give me the form that I can fill it and came tomorrow but he argued again in irrelevant why and Misbehaved and said no I will not but I complaint about him to UIDAI but they asking for his name and mobile number to track him so he is still there and I emailed to manager Indian Bank Chitradurga branch to get his details but today is 30 July 2021 but no response, the above matter was at the date 27 July 2021, time 2:15 pm bank can see the CCTV for proof, please add bank manager's contact number not an Indian Bank customer service number to your website
