HDFC Bank

Even though, after so many negative reviews, why the bank has not taken the responsibility to keep the customers happy ?. Are the employees feeling that they are feeding the customers ?
I have great respect about hdfc bank, as i have the account since 2007 and many of my friends are working in that organisation. Request you to keep a " may i help you " desk to help every customer with smiling face .

Google maps shows wrong location for this bank!! The correct location is near Kuvempu nagar bus depot! The branch is good with friendly people..

There is no HDFC bank in this location. Save time by going to different HDFC branch.

There is no proper Map address available. I had informed to change in Google Maps 1.5 year ago but staff and manager are so much lazy to even update a proper map location in Google maps. And we can expect worst kind of service. The staff mislead the customers like in my case an additional account was opened along with SSY account which was not required and a minimum of 5000 need to be maintained.

One of the worst service I have ever received from bank officials.. literally these bank staff has zero knowledge about any of the bank related things . Apart from creating hdfc new account , they don't aware about any of the things . No information about type of account created , nothing they can help in credit card related details ..everything they will ask us to call customer care(they will not listen to issue properly also ) and always inform to visit vontikopal hdfc bank.till now I have never received any help of having hdfc bank near by my home. Please put knowldgable officials in desk and help the customers to have better servicing .

Please update the bank address correctly!!! It’s misleading as google map shows wrong location
