Dated - 17.02.2022 , I've had a worst experience with this bank punctuality...the present branch manager is highly irresponsible , no concern for the waiting public and wasted time like anything playing on his phone , chitchating etc etc ..

Worst experience ever, the most frustrating experience every time. The staff is very arrogant and not cooperative at all. The receptionist Prakash has to be a writer in a movie because of his always sarcastic and rude behaviour to customers. Guess this branch has not even heard of the concept of "Customer Service".

Very arrogant and non cooperative bank manager. Even a simple KYC update he will not take if it’s not in his branch. This branch is not for public. Avoid visiting as much as possible

I had excellent experience with branch. Being so much of crowd employees are cooperative. I knw its not always to keep happy. Many people dnt understand the process and documentation. I have see there so many people grubbling without having a proper docs. Even branch manager asked to get this doc then only we can process else would be rejected and he was right at his place. Team is also helped over phone to resolve small issues.

A great staff and very helpful Manager Ritesh Kishore. SBI is doing a great job helping out people out of their ways. The manager helped us out even in their lunch time and he was very polite. Really nice to see so helpful staff and a special mention to Mr. Srivastav for helping us out. Will love you visit you again.

I visited the branch recently, branch manager and staffs are really supportive. Customer friendly staffs 😊

Busy Bank. Staff is not that polite to the customers.

Worst banking experience,
Despite taking an appointment 2 days prior,
Branch manager wasn't willing to open a Bank account for current month and asking me to visit the following month. The only exception he was offering was to buy additional product(loan) and he will open the account.
Left the premise and visited another branch.
