I would've given - 5 rating to this branch. The employees are so irritating, dumb they don't know the actual Bank procedures. I had waited only to take account closure form for only only 2 hrs... They don't respond properly. The big guy in there seems to have high always. Old lady is always showing attitude. I request Pls close this branch soon, people are suffering lot.

Come here twice to get my bank statements and I got the work done instantly without hassle. The staff was also helpful both times.

Don't think this branch is as bad as people say it is. They seem to be making an effort to improve, which was evident from the conversation too.

Really impressed with the customer oriented service provided.. Multiple works done on same day which I never thought of..

When I looked at reviews before approaching them, I was thinking I need to be behind them for a week. But most of the work was done in one sitting and some clarification was done over phone ( that too bank itself approached ) and done.. Also while in bank saw it was not just me, but most of the customers are getting good service

Seems like they are trying hard to change the negative impression they received..

And special thanks to Bala Murugan for co-ordinating multiple works and finishing them...

Very unprofessional work, deposited cheque 1 week ago didn't get amount yet, if a raise a complaint it is also taking 2 more days to know about situation. Such a irresponsible behavior of customer care person and bankers

There's no kotak bank branch at this location. May be the outlet is permanently closed.

Never visit this branch. One of the worst service frustrating bank people.

Pathetic staff. They just make you roam around for weeks and don’t give a clear idea about anything

Hardly recommending you, don't open any account in this branch. I opened one account 1 year ago still I didn't get my passbook 3 times I visited here. Staff's are not responding to your queries or questions properly attitude staffs.
