Very worst service staff don't know the sop and customers has to wait long time to meet staff and after that they wil say go to other counter very nice

Worst customer service, for simple account opening purpose visited 3 times after waiting for an hour, they asked me to visit again another working day...a complete nonsense.....
How come these bank employees expect us to visit multiple days.... because of this why I need to take leave....other bank options are simplified... please learn the value of each customers.
