Most pathetic experience ever. The manager (at the time of writing this review) is an unbelievably rude man and also very aggressive. Pathetic service. Some junior staff are also very rude. Half of the time they were not wearing face masks during the lockdown period of COVID. I had complained to the circle office twice but received a reply only the first time - basically denying whatever issues I had raised. Not a single word of apology.

Worst Service, Trust me for senior citizens do not create account here you will literally feel frustrated.
Deposit machine never work

M I T Canara Bank staff is very careless .
ಬಂದಂತಹ ಜನಗಳನ್ನು ತುಂಬಾನೇ ಕಾಯಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಕೇಳಿದರೆ server ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು reson ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾರೆ old age lady staff ಅವರ friends ಬಂದರೆ ಅವರ ಕೆಲಸ ಬೇಗನೆ ಮುಗಿಸಿ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಬೇರೆಯವರಿಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ careless ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಹೊರಗಿನ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಕೌಂಟರ್ ಒಳಗೆ ಹೋಗಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ಇಲ್ಲ ಇಲ್ಲಿನ staff friends ಯಾರಾದರೂ ಬಂದರೆ ಕೌಂಟರ್ ಒಳಗೆ ಕುಳಿತು ತಮಾಷೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಅವರ ಕೆಲಸ ಮುಗಿಸಿ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾರೆ .. bad experience......ಒಂದು passbook entry ಮಾಡಲು 20 ನಿಮಿಷ wait ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ..
ಕೇಳಿದರೆ server ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.

Formerly Syndicate bank. Has no parking space for customers. Today I was standing in line ( queue) at the teller booth, he was happily chatting with two other employees. Had to intervene to speed up the process. They had a deposit machine which never worked. Everything takes time at this bank.
Masking for Covid followed.
