Never receive calls. Service is good but can be more better.

Worsttt customer service...I called here continuously for some help but they just hung up the phone..very rude people

Very bad experience...they don't know how to deal with the customers.. especially one person who is incharge of educational loan..he doesn't know how to deal with the customer..he interacts without giving the respect don't open ur account in Manipal branch...there are 3 others branches in Udupi which are much better than this...

In this locality, there are many banks, but this is the one who actually give good service. Staff here is so helpful.

Worst staff experience in manipal sbi branch, specially counter number 11 that old lady dont know how to deal with customers.. they think sbi bank their own property... Work also soo late..🦉

Worst service I have ever seen till now in my life time...!
They don't know the use of email. For one query i am following up from August with this branch. Still they kept my query pending and debiting bank charges on instalments. 7-8 times i visited this branch from August. Every time I got a response that particular person not available come after 2-3 days. I don't understand why they need a brach to say these words...!

Not good at service and there is no official contact number. What a shame
