Not sure how government is running this bank. They should sack all employees no one is helping customers. I asked a lady in customer care she didn't have any manner to respond back. There are no queue system many are evading line and going. Happy that i chose another good bank

Horrible branch. None want to work. Lunch time the branch is empty. all contradict RBI rules .forex outward Remittance request is not done even after a week. last 2 years same Branch manager is who does not own any responsibility and even do not respond tell lies. He brings shame to SBI which as an organization has progressed very well even digitally in recent years. escalation to LHO has not helped much. vande matram.

in this bank staff is not responding to customers not everyone importantly Mr. Jayanth he is not even giving respect to his bank manager ..
manager is good person he is responding quick

A small branch..less crowd most of the times. Went there for loan purpose, had a very hassle free transaction for both opening and closure of loan, thanks for Mrs. Rajiam, Mr. Pratap Kumar and branch manager Mr. Nishant Negi. Took less than 15 mins both the times I visited the branch.

No one is ready to work, just they will come here to time pass and go..
For the past 1 year I have been requesting to activate internet banking, even after giving so many applications, these people are not ready to activate.

Never apply for auto loan via this branch. They will not respond to any of loan statement discrepancies. All my EMIs were paid on time and suddenly they have added late charges which they are not telling why. I made a mistake by looking at their low interest rate but it costed me dearly.

Worst bank, Worst staff, Worst Branch manager.

Worst behaviour of staffs don't know what administration team is doing with public. Think once before opening an account.
They don't have any respect... For any customers behaving like VIPs as thou customers are beggers....... No humanity,
No courtesy at all front of us only they telling from were they came making fun of emotions.... In hindi Didn't think a government bank will be so worst.

Worst attitude from most staff. They dont care about customers at all. The forms given were literally jusy thrown. God knows if it will be processed. They forget that its people's money that is going into their salaries. Why such poor attitude and highly rude behavior towards customers irrespective of the age?
