Excellent Service and Good Branch ambience. staff are also well co-operative.

New era of banking. Total technology driven.

I used IDFC ATM which new one good spacious and guarded.

I really liked the service of idfc first bank but recently i am phasing issue with my transaction of money my friend send me and still hasn't got yet it's already 5 days i try to call cx call center and insta but still there is no update after that it's really poor service.

Would not recommend. Their website has so many different types of accounts but they say you can only open the 25k balance account.
