worst customer service experience in this HDFC BANK, i deposite my policy last month in this bank , still did't get any amount . i went there meny- more time , manager give some excuse , he said u can get amount withen 2 days,two month are gone still suffering for money . if any one know, what should i do against him, plz email me

This is a very unsafe bank for ladies and women.A guy named Sunny Anand who is a personal banker in HDFC Bank Dumka misbehaves and talks in filthy language with people.Even though other people are good but this guy named Sunny Anand is very pathetic to be working in a well known bank.Will close my account over here and never go in HDFC again due ti bad behaviour by people like Sunny Anand.
