Located on the main road Ashok nagar.ATM also there.Sevice is good.

Behavior of the employee are as usual as PSU banks 😂

today was my first day I came in this branch.. and it's was worst very bad experience for me.. one of stuff her age is 46 or 47 most probably and she's a group D stuff means pion.. she don't know how to behave with people, have no Manners, she was shouting on me, talked to me very Loudly just bcoz I don't know read hindi so I asked for help to fill up the form.. is this the way to talk.. what is this man.. she can't talk to me like this way.. but the security grand sir is very gd.. he came by his own self and help me..

Regarding this I must say
For me it happened two times and penalty money has been deducted from
my Account of another bank ...

One of the worst branch of BOI, as this branch few staff including branch manager way of work & response will prove you... you are in pure government bank ... they don't have courtesy to talk with their client,, they behave like they are doing favour for you.. they are not willing to help their customers & you completely feel with their gesture they are not at all happy to see customers in their branch.. just they want be Bella. During the office time... and i am happy for Indian government who is merging this bank with others.. BOI regional team should take feedback from branch customers on a alternate basis to take feedback of branch team.. often I have heard bank employee talk about their wages, but they forgot customer from whom they are getting salary.....
