very crowded branch and most of the employed staffs are very irresponsible and always try to make any process complicated and time taking and their behaviour is very bad

Work was smooth only the processing takes time in the beginning but ones everything is set there's no problem. It gets a bit crowded sometimes as there's not enough space inside.
