The famous and very good quality services of the private sector bank

They told me that we accept initinal payment only by cheque , means to open your HDFC accout first you have to go to SBI to open Bank account then ask for cheque then write a cheque of 10,000rs to open HDFC bank account. 🤣
I wanted to do some fixed deposit but now i am confused because i have already went bank 4-5 times to solve this issue when i am a new customer after opening account what could be happen just try to imagine.

According to HDFC employee if you want to open an bank account in HDFC you should already have a bank account. If i already have a bank account , why i will come to you.

Pathetic system of opening current account. I got tired providing papers/ declaration and yet not completed. Now I have give up my idea to go for HDFC Bank and opened account in other Bank.

i opened my salary account a month before and yet not received my debit card nd passbook, no one picks my phone ,even the agent working there arvind kumar ignores call. worst customer experience..dont go for it

Good private bank

As pathetic as a service can be. I would rather choose a government bank than their service. No one has any solution to any problem and cannot understand basic english message sent by government.

They have done so much business that no extra is required, I keep on calling on the number and no one answers.
