Pros :-
👉 Systems are updated.
Cons: -
👉 A good bank with halted services (ATM, POS goes out of service several time)
👉 Staff's behaviors are rude most of time.

My self Rinku kumar from gumla sbi branch palko road now I'm starting aadhar e.kyc and enrollment

Service is not up to the mark..
Crowd is much but only few counters are active

Customers have to wait whole day just for a single work..
Need to improve this.

Time take too much for any work like new account opening etc.

It's the clean place

This bank branch service is not good for me I don't know others...
Employees are not good in this branch them behavior are also not good. Rudely they talk and they take too much time for your work.whenever go to the bank always they refuse and they were telling come tomorrow, day after tomorrow etc like that.
and still my work is pending. I don't know when they will complete my work... so totally I can say that this bank branch services are actually not good.
