Nice goverment bank. All employees and staffs are supportive and dedicated for their work.

Lazy employees all around.Irresponsible employees. Kiosk is always out of order . Very poor service

Pathetic service and lazy staff

Very bad experience,bank staffs are very rude,my parent are having account last 50 years the same branch,now his age is 84 years but they are not ready to co operate , very bad and wast experience

Staff are not present at 10 am banking staff.
People are waiting in bank VIP staff.
Bank cashier are entry 10:35 am in bank.

Although the oldest serving bank in Parsudih, but service now a days is really horrible and even after several visits, the work/application/query is kept pending.
