Bank is good for uper middle class not good for lower middle class or poor section.

There is a very poor service here, Bank of India does not give any value to the customer, if these people go to them then talk to them, then go to them then tell them.

Very bad service they give. Their employees are so rude, they don't even talk politely to their customers. Previously the employees were good but now they treat their customers like servant. Even you keep ur money still they treat you like their servant. Its better to go private bank atleast they talk nicely.
