Acc. to RBI guidelines banks cannot leave their counter they have to take lunch breaks in shifts and then there is j&k bank defying the rules of apex bank by taking an hour long lunch break.
Simply unprofessional!

worst staff i hv ever seen...poor service..arrogent staff..

Today I went there for collecting my cheque book it took me 4 hours to take my chequebook that too after talking to bank branch manager..The bank branch manager listened to my concern politely and asked them to issue the same,but the lady working there was so arrogant,worst staff I have ever seen in my life...I regret why I v my account with such bank,soon going to close my account with the jkbank...I would like to give 5 star to Bank manager and zero star to the other staff members who are working over there...
