Good infrastructure but no arrangements for wheelchair and some staff members should learn to be humble

Well behaved staff , cooperative executive s all there , specially Masood saab

customer care not picking the calls, i called many times. if anyone have urgent thn what will they do. I think he/she should be change... Bad experience 👎👎👎 When i call he didn't pick up and when i call again he was busy and after that i call again and again but he didn't pick up.

Actually i was searching the Patwari Office just opposite to the bank to give my rating 01 out 05 for that Patwari Office. The office always remains closed. After confirming from the locals everytime they say that the Patwari might be at home as he very rarely is seen in the office. I needed to get a very important document signed and reviewed by him. Finally had to visit his home Dulbagh where this person was sitting in his cozy room, wasting his previous time which he was meant to give to the public. Next time i am not going to visit his house alone but with the higher officials.

Moreover about the J&K bank i have no issues. It has well behaved staff and i don't need to wait for my turn for long. They finish their customer's work within minutes. This is the difference between the Halal and Haram khors.

If you have any official work they
Will treat you like beggar
They will make you round and round from one table to another and last they will say sorry
And now I feel So sorry it's customers who suffers a lot
