worst adharcard service. the lady who creates the adhar doesn't have knowledge about adhar service.
suggestion to upper management, please ask the lady who creates the adharcard to concentrate on the work rather than chit-chat.

Unresponsive, not cooperative.

Hi, I called to bank for my bank's debit card issue. Firstly they disconnected many times my call without picking it. I tried almost 6 times and then they picked it finally. I put my problem in front of them.

Do you know what they called me. "Sir, we are also facing the same problem and don't know what the reason behind it. So, like us you have to wait at least 2-3 days">

How you can get the right direction from such kind of unprofessional peoples.

Its been months now, indusind bank has not generated our corporate IDs
The Back-end services of this bank is poor.. 0 star for non co-operative staff..
Net-banking Activation --- full of issues
Customer Care - non responsive - SBI is even better
Video Call Support - no one Answers.

Good banking experience. Cooperative and well behaved staff.

Very unprofessional business tactics. Will call you at 10 PM to sell you credit cards. Avoid at all costs.

V.poor service,in last two years service has gone from best to worst.Staff is changing frequently.

Very poor service 6 days ago I had given to check there, still my check is not processed, then I didn't received any information not yet .
I didn't expect it .
