I visited this sector 11 panchkula branch about 2 days ago. I must say that the entire staff is an asset to the bank. Each and every employee of this branch is very respectful and courteous. Despite of overflooded customer rush they would still be polite and willing to help with a smile and heart.
I would also like to pass on my appreciation for the lady who manages aadhar card request. Such a dedication and sheer ability to manage requests with complete resolution.

Very bad experience with ms divynka..10t o 15 time I am visit this branch but not responding regarding my new account ..

The worst HDFC bank branch service ever. The place is an utter chaos. The branch manager is pretty useless, she does not know whereabouts of her employees and therefore cannot assure you any services. Waited there for an hour to get information on new bank accounts and no one showed up on their designated seats.
