The employee Of this bank Mr Rajat has shown a very disappointing and irresponsible Behaviour. I was to open a current account in this bank for my newly started business but after 10 days of delay response he then sent a rejection mail to gurgaon branch without telling about the norms because being irritated for being told to complete the verification and complete the process. He even said he will see stock in our office. Talked very rudely on phone. The question is who keeps bulk stock in office. These type of employees are harmful for bank and customers both. I have taken my documents back from this bank. I would request bank to take action against these types of employees otherwise they will spoil the name of bank.

HDFC BANK branch 13-17 Panipat new rule the branch is open on Saturday first and third Saturday of the month and second and fourth Saturday of the month is closed. Service is very good, all the staff of HDFC Bank are very good and help all the customers.

Staff is not on their seats most of the time.careless.irresponsinle.

I went there for new account opening and had pathetic experience. Initially there was no one to attend, then they seems like clueless for new salary account opening and after waiting for half an hour. They told me to come visit again at 3.30pm despite of telling them, my working hours will start in couple of hours. I never seen such an incompetent service staff at any private bank earlier.

Staff is very irresponsible and very rude. They don’t have manners.
