It is the main branch opened first of other branches of this bank.It provides all banking services along with sale of all banking products.

Very bad customer service. There were two ladies handling the customers. Both of them were shouting at customers. There were two managers both of them sitting relaxed in their closed cabins. Atleast 5 customers were handled by the person handling my concern and all of them were complaining. The irony is that the customer had better idea of outstanding loan than the lady officer who was looking and checking that particular account. Once my policy is fully paid in next 12 months, I will close the account. The Canara Bank opposite to ICICI has better customer handling. I have accounts in both banks. Should have given this branch NIL star!😢

Worst banking services to elite customers. I have a Pvt Ltd company and holds a corporate current account. I was offered an OD facility and was told it will be activated same day after submitting the docs. I submitted them with each and every document a week back and nothing yet. I have been in touch with other team members during this time and i was assured every day that today it will be done but credit manager seems very busy in hitting their bigger targets i guess.

If you are looking for your corporate banking needs, better reach out to other banks where they value your time. This bank is worthless.

I don;t want to name anyone but employees are so occupied that after closing they always take a day off on 1st of next month. I am wondering why ICICI is not doing justice to their employees offloading their work if they are over occupied.

Also, in absence of the credit manager there is no way out anyone else can take your request which is pending for 7-10 days.
