Worst experience.

First time I am having this kind of experience in hdfc bank.

Cashier was rude arrogant.

Wasted another 30 mins because of her.

Why we should opt for private banks if we are getting service like government bank??

Some people are highly frustrated with their jobs that doesn't mean they will misbehave with customers.

Your cashier will definitely reduce your customers .

Staff is becoming like SBI. Always give excuses for any work. Rashmi Tewari is always busy to count cash only she doesn't have time for any customer

Staffs are looks like government banks .no one care about customers. Just delaying in everything. I request to hdfc officials please change the staffs otherwise they spoil the hdfc bank image

Not a good experience. The relationship manager Dinesh was helpful only during opening of my savings account. After that, he stopped receiving calls, which he later clarified was due to personal emergency. But even after everything became normal, he doesn't respond and is not proactive. Services worse than Govt Bank services.

I have had a good experience. All the staff here respond quickly. There are better services than government bank services here. Good locations.

Horrible horrible service from this branch. The staff are more lethargic than PSB. Esepcial mention about Varsha - who cannot even pick customer calls and respond them properly

Disgusting services SBI services are better than this branch. Staffs were so lethargic and one female employee was so rude. Visited first time in hdfc bank in my life that was my first & last visit I am sure…had pathetic experience.
