Decent banking experience with relatively large waiting times but friendly service personnel.

The worst branch of ICICI ever. The entire branch is almost empty yet the employees seem really busy in terms of finishing up their prior pending work rather than helping out the person present here. I have been waiting for 28 minutes now and all I want them to do is confirm whether I can get my passbook issued to me or not.
They have been fighting amongst each other trying to put their own work onto the heads of other employees.
One should visit here to look at the negative facial expressions of the employees and ruin their own vibe.

worst staff...they take your advantage..i went for locker alotment..staff wanted to meet their target & takes advantage ...they force you to follow them to take locker privilege else they wnt give you that facility....ms jyoti is a shrewd lady....wont recommend to anyone

Pathetic service at times. Dull response and no extra service being extended for privilege banking customers.

The branch manager Mr Praveen Puri is rude and has the audacity to yell at the customers for coming with a complain. He even went ahead and asked us to get out of the office. On writing a mail to the customer care for proper investigation on this matter and to provide a proper solution to the customer, they instead promoted him. Kudos to ICICI for such amazing service.

Rude employee gets promotion, innocent CUSTOMERS are asked to get out.
