THUGS IF BARODA

This is bank full of thugs , i had to close my account and gave the due application for same in September 2020, manager of the branch accepted my application and assured that my account will closed and then more than one year after that i received a call that my account balance is negative and my account cannot be shut till it's cleared. So now when I went to trace my application Bank manger gave me in writing that they have not received my application . Unfortunately I don't have any proff of same as I trusted these thugs and assumed that they will do the needful as gentlemen but they turned out tobe crooks. Please avoid this unruly bank.
