My a/c is in MT branch panipat.Till two year ago branch manager and staff was very coprative but now all staff changed and not fully coprative ,seats are found vacant so customers comes again and again but work stands pending,msg mobile nos.for balance and mini statement are not working from last six months .No one taking interest for this.Passbook are also uncompleted after Dec.2018
Please visit the branch and see every thing and do the needful so that senior citizens also not suffer for their work.

Staff to apne hi kaam me laga rehta h.
kisi kaam k nahi h.

vo zero ka option nahi hai nati to mai wahi deta.

Absolutely unprofessional and untrained staff. They treat you like peasants. They want you to beg them for each and very thing even when bank is standing just because of customers money. Their customer care number never works. On email they never respond and act like they never received it. They are absolute disgrace on service sector. Even one star is too much for them. With such a service, opening account with them is not recommended at all. Best is to even close the existing account and move on to different account of other SBI branchs also treat their customers like this branch.

Very pathetic service. Customer care number not working and turned out to be invalid. They are not responding over email. Even for a minute update, they will drag you to the branch.
