Worst branch to get services. They don't even care for senior citizens. Though its CBS branch but don't provide all the services saying that they don't have permission for providing that service. For example they don't accept high value cheques of other branches for clearing, refused to open an account under Senior Citizen Savings Scheme although we have a Savings account in this branch they diverted us to other branch. Even ATM in this branch never has money. I am surprised what higher authorities of the bank are doing? If this branch can't provide such services better close it. Such a branch is giving bad name to SBI. I am a loyal customer of SBI for last more than 35 years and am very much disappointed and disgusted.

Worst place to get services. They won't even accept cheques for clearing if its from non home branch. Saying "ki apni branch mein jama kara do". The middle aged lady sitting behind is the worst. Wanted to talk to the manager but the manager was not there.

Best sbi brand in India, no rush, no crowd, clean and good atmosphere. Staff is also very friendly. No queues. Branch manager is also a very nice person.

First ever SBI branch with no crowd, no que, and situated in very good location. Ambience good. Probably this branch is not visible to people from road side.

Why this bank doesn't provide any contact number, so that we can ask in advance whether that particular employee is present or absent and secondly sometimes without prior notice bank was closed on working day ?

Worst branch , lazy staff no idea about work. Never pic phone calls, only busy personal chats most of the time.

Refused to open senior citizen account in branch, asked to register for digital account from yono app and do biometric in branch, after generating reference number from yono, branch telling their biometric device is not working , illiterate staffs must be holding degree in entire political science like some Chokidaar,
