worst branch services , 1. chq given for clearing for more than rs 3 lakhs was sent for clearing after 48 - 72 hours , they do not understand customer might be requiring funds and customer care responds 3 days means 3 days.
2. No body ever responds on phone,you keep calling branch and they will not pickup you phone,this happens with most of the kotak branches
3. customer care has only 1 standard reply , call branch and most of them are rude or lack banking knowledge

My experience is good, may be because I'm having corporate bank account. But it's staff is misleading. Anybody come and say we're your account manager. They should notify customer first before implementing the changes. I've never visited this branch physically.

One of the worst branch of kotak mahindra bank. Really staff needs a proper training how to talk with their client the guy who sat on front desk was really illmannered. Hope the management look after this. Only the account opening is not a work i think after that also bank needs to behave good and in a formal tone i guess.

This is the main and famous branch of Kotak Bank. Cash deposit ATM available so any time can deposit 👍 In this branch foreign transaction is available and money and wealth services also available. There is proper system for every work. I am really satisfied 😊 with bank staff.

The worst branch ever...zero knowledge, zero customer service. Stay away!

Kotakmahindra bank is a fraud bank,my money got stuck in the deposit machine,it's been 5th day I haven't received my money back,everyday they r saying it will come today, but no solution, they are least bothered about the customer. @KotakBankLtd @udaykotak @RBI

Unprofessional and incapable people.
Beware before you start a relationship with this bank/branch.
More like a government entity , nobody wants to work. They keep pushing off the work More on that the manager is also like that. No responsibility.

Stay as far as possible.

Worst branch. One star is too high. A simple instruction increase fund transfer limit taking them more than 3 months.
