first they lure you to open an account and later on won’t even attend to your queries
been trying to get to them regarding my issues no response
staff is also rude
despite being a yes first customer no personal banker since last six months
making a fool out of you
i am closing my account and would warn others too not to repeat the same mistake

Very bad experience with Ms Ekta Manager there in sector 31, yesbank Gurgaon. She is good for nothing. I had to visit the bank for the assistance for the priority pass wrong charges reversal. Spoke to Richa. She tried to assist me but miss Ekta is delaying it on ZBH approval. It's been 4 months they were not able to resolve my concern. I marked hundreds of email. No proper assistance. This is unacceptable. I really hate yesbank customer service.
