Very slow process
And please change the money transfer machine it's always out of service

It was so easy and customer oriented when it was SBT. Ever since the merger happened, no one replies mail, no one picks up phone, absolutely irresponsible and non professional behavior.

Staff behavior is very unprofessional all staff is lazy

useless staff under useless branch manager, earlier it was good under sbt

Staff behaviour very bad and rude.
