So slow process dominating behaviour

My experience with State Bank of India very good

Believe me, this is worst State bank branch in India’s History, manager of this branch once beating women with the stick who are are in the queue, I have witnesses of that incident.
If you( who don’t have net banking) want to transfer your account they will ask money for that, or they will throw your application in the dustbin, to torture the costumers they deliberately turn off the Fans and AC and move fans only on staff and staffs misbehave is just like normal thing here. Each and every normal customer suffers in this branch.
