Need to improve customer satisfaction.

SBI employees in this bank are lack of info and they don’t know how to answer supplementary questions to clients. Always “please talk to my senior or talk to customer care or I’ll ask my senior and let you know”. I was about to say then what the hell you are doing here let your senior sit here! Actually they have no idea about their own schemes and paper work. I don’t wanna name anyone specifically but very unprofessional and employees need training and some knowledge regarding what they are dealing with. If such Attitude continues then PRIVATIZATION is the best decision by government! Illiterate staff ....
