HDFC Bank

This is situated at a prominent place. But the staff are neither cooperative nor professional in nature. They will not help you what is your requirements rather they will force you what they want to sell you. If you ask them for more options they will behave differently and start ignoring you. Whenever you go you will fine some of the staff roaming around outside and not at their seat as it is less crowded branch. You will find them very casual in their approach unlike other branch. In short, this is not a customer friendly branch.

Worst staff ever I met in the banking sector. Staff in the car loan department is very irresponsible and non cooperative. Always busy in having lunch,they even did not pick customers phone.

It is a busy branch of HDFC Bank.The bank is crowded most of the time.The employees are well behaved.The bank is neat and clean.There are well marked sign boards for different work areas.Opening an account is so easy in this bank.There is an ATM just outside the bank which is mostly funtional.There is ample parking space outside the bank.There is no washroom in the bank for the customers.

One of the pathetic worst Bank, Please boycott this bank. Total useless, unprofessional service . Banking personals don't have manners to talk. thay don't even know that process

Not so fast there was a mam She was working very quickly others wise they disappointed me

Totally unprofessional staff.
I went to trade desk and this ws my first export order.
I do not know which docs to submit.

I asked them, they replied rudely and not full docs they gave list

next day i went checked the docs, they said bring another document.
i asked which, then maam from back came and replied rudely,
" apko baar bar hum nhi bta skte, ek baar bta dia"
the bank close at 3:30, they said u can go back.

the receptionist is not trained properly, dont know much.
the big maam(ms. ruchika) is well versed in knowledge, but does not help being first time exporter, tells thing very fast and one time only. did not even checked the docs, saying, i will check after you submit.
i think they like to disappoint customers.

HDFC bank is deducting money for LC export also, around 2-3k, is this kind of service they give to their customers?

very disappointed.
But have to go to get my money, will close the account in this type of bank if they don't give staff training.

At the time of selling their services hdfc will be sweeter than sugar but when you are in need of any clerical services they will behave like an ediot and will harras you. Vijay Singh, Mukesh and Aravind goyal are sitting here to harras people.

I feel very sad that bank like HDFC which is currently largest private bank has such a bad services.

• I have paid all my EMI's of "Consumer durable loan" still they haven't provided me NOC.
• Every month a person from HDFC BANK comes at my address and ask for ₹350 even after paying multiple times they are neither providing NOC nor reducing meaningless charges.
• Then I went to the concerned loan department at NIT Faridabad Branch and I must say that no one helped me they were busy in doing their task instead their priorities should be costumers but they said just mail us.
• I have mailed regarding this earlier but the problem remained unresolved.

• I have already paid what was justified even I have paid more when they asked. Sometimes my client transferred money on that account which never came back for use and still they don't have answers.

Note: If I would have to recommend someone for opening a bank account for himself/herself then definitely HDFC would not be in my list.
