4 transaction declined by merchant but not reversed by bank. And charged in statement. I closed my EMI plan by phone call and deposit the amount for same but bank utilised amount for other stand transaction instead of closed to EMI plan. Don't go for RBL never. Staff have no experience to concern the issue. Also they are unable to understand the transaction history.

Worst experience, nobody take the ownership of the work. All the time there systems are down and phone line busy. Its been 2 months I am trying to update my mobile number to my adhaar card took the appointment from website but there laptop on which they update did not work in these 2 months. I have been calling them every week to know the status of there system (laptop) is it working or not but they keep on delaying for next week. Really very Bad staff and there functionality.

Wrost experience, I went there for adhaar update. they straitaway denid for work. They provide aadhar service only 10 costumer in a day which also be relative of any connections. requested to RBI kindly change the aadhar center. I am very happy that my account is not in RBL bank.

Bad service. The aadhar enrolment officer (you know who I mean - the lady who thinks she knows it all) is very rude. Plus I dont think she is qualified for the job - my update request was clearly showing Finger print and Iris not updated and she said all done. Wastage of time and money.

This worst bank in banking sector. They are purchasing customer data and call multiple times in day. After denying they are requested for other banks credit card and personal loan. They are selling his customers records to third parties vendor and insisting for applying credit card and loan. His executive take in confidence for pre approved credit card with good credit limit once you applied then you get lowest credit limit.

I went there for adhaar update. The staff is not professional. They have 3 AIR CONDITIONER and non of them working after requesting they did not open the door for ventilation. After some time there was a power cut as expected no back up so we were there with out any AC or fan. When I requested I was asked that you have come for adhaar and make the same and leave. Thank God I don't have any account there

Unproffessional staff......i had a terrible experience...never go der for aadhar enrolment....they hv an indifferent attitude towards ur requests and questions...
