Most uncooperative staff in this branch. Lady at counter refused to deposit cash as I did not have my SBI account in their branch. Gave me reason of KYC not updated and asked me to go to Bihari market SBI suvidha kendra to deposit where they charge commission. Some kind of racket going on, suvidha kendra doesnt need KYC , SBI branch needs? why should I as SBI customer pay comission for depositing money? And why KYC cant be updated in any branch. Why pressue to change my account to their branch. Total uselless logic and try to harass customer.

Service is fine, staff is bit of cooperative with exception, place is clean and well ventilated.

Staff here don't provide clear information. Only try to mislead customers

Worsted bank ever in this location, no public dealing, no customer satisfaction, working like old typical banking type, no ethics, no respond it is better than you can avail private banking services

Shortage of staff, only two ladies managing the branch. One of the worst branches for banking services . Even private gramin banks are better. The Astt mgr was helpful.
