The Bank is Co-Operative in real sense, we have joint account (Husband & Wife) with Zankhvav Branch, very poor area of Surat District, but the banking service is matter we forgot everything.. we are from poor area and our bank is situated in poor area.
The officers behavior is very polite even since we have account many officers are changed but every one of the Bank officials are very good nature and maintain relation with customers are inspiring to other bank. Sententiously we also have Account with Bank of Baroda, Zankhvav Branch so we realized the different of 2 banks officers and services.
