Rude staff. I have even heard one senior employee speaking bad-word to his colleague while issuing my demand draft. I strongly recommend private banks.

Theres this guy named Mr.Anil Kumar and he firmly believes that he is doing a favor by replying to his customers. Most of government banks have a bad service but this one was the worst. The branch manager was no better.
Try and avoid this bank and most importantly this branch.

Very bad experience, Always faced same issues for all SBI branches.
And SBI Ashram road branch have one lady who behave with customers very rudely. Can say very very very poor experience.
People please share your experience so may be after some time SBI will realize that they need to take some steps to guide employee to behave properly with customers

First of all I must say.."A very very very Poor Service".Don't make such commitments that you will not able to fulfill. There's no response from their side.If Your customer is in trouble then you should at least help him/her. Please avoid this branch for any kind of transections.

Extraordinary branch of STATE BANK OF INDIA , staff is working fast compare to othe sbi branch

Great bank with worst service. Please avoid this branch for peace of mind.
Bank can't do ecs since 6 month
Take customers very lightly.They gave me wrong account no for loan repayment in which I did and still waiting for my refund.
I still don't know how to do repayment of my loan and bank is posting penalty on it.
Need to fight and call no of persons to do repayment.
