Very poor services,
Staff is not giving proper response,
Even branch manager is not available.

This Bank is in very nice location but very very poor service, not satisfied reply for executives..

Worst customer service. Customers are in line and on counter though cashier receiving personal call and talking instead helping customer. If we want this kind of service than it's better to choose any government bank instead HDFC.

I call for Some Details about credit card charges that but staff member they didn't received my call. i called many timed but still not getting answer of call.

I had a very bad experience at HDFC bank. i have current account in hdfc bank and i put request for closing my account in hdfc bank in octomber month 2022 but my account still shows running and they also taking charges for minimum account balance.

There are plenty of banks nowadays and it’s quite difficult to determine which one offers more profitable conditions ofr their clients. Actually, banking services are in demand today and that’s why there ia a big competetiveness in the sphere. This bank provides me with anything I needed, moreover it offers home loaning and other great services which probably might be helpful for some people. Customer support here is very polite and always listen to your problems or questions and then answer you. I suppose this bank is deserved to be noticed.
