Worst service specially with the Aadhar update and enrollment. The operator was worst with her language and tone and did not have a sense to talk with the customers. Worst and horrible experience for the first time with HDFC.

H.d.f.c bank is not good customer service, i'm apply for tractor loan so h.d.f.c loan agent is not receiving my call & he said i'm not taking loan ... That's why h.d.f.c bank service is very bad...

Worst branch. Keep deducting money every month for no reason. Worst experience of banking.

Inside lady's behaviour is not good with customers and rude behaviour with others.

Worst customer service I ever seen. Called for home loan and over the call and into the branch told me that yes I am eligible for sufficient amount. So I decided and gave my case and paid fees. But now they rejected my application due to saying income is not good for the loan. So my suggestion is please tell customer in the future before taking applications.

Very poor mangement. Can't manage deposit counter on month end dates. Should have seperate que for agents. And on high rush they have to open maximum deposit counter. Only 2 counters are active for more than 60 customer. Waiting in que for more than an hour. Still waiting ... Worst customer service I ever seen.
