Pathetic place, unprofessional staff, dirty place, too much rush, locker room is horrible to see...only branch manager listen you

Is it a main branch? I think it's a rural branch like services

The staff is very rude..I have gone there for SMS facility on my number they said,"you must attach your Aadhaar card's Xerox copy" I replied them I have no any Xerox copy right now and it's not essential for SMS facility." The manager told me," Then transfer your account from here". I tried my best to convince him I can't come over and over again and there is no any enclosure or note about any I'd proof copy attachment in form although he misbehaved .

WORST WORST services provided here. Have to wait too long for our transactions. Employees here are very slow. No answers for our queries.

Third class service and third class staff...

Bad services, no contact no.available,land line & fax no completely dad, how to contact br ?

Halkat and Nalayak staff. Government also should privatization this bank...All are kamchor and work like they fathers bank's.

No facilities.. very bad rude staff..
Too difficult for senior citizens..
