Service is very poor. It takes long to get answer from employees. I always gave good investment and business to bank but bank manager never care about good customers. I won't recommend this bank to any of friends or relatives.

I tried to open demat account. They gave me the worst customer experience. They drag the process to a month to open a simple demat account. And the representatives don't pick up the call to even let us know the status of the progress. To sum up "HDFC is Total waste of time" "Choose some other bank"
