The employees here are so slow and rude. They don't know the way to talk to people. Not at all helpful. They work in a bank and they should know that they are paid to help people. Especially the lady on counter 4. She is ridiculously pathetic. It is the worst customer service. Very disappointed. They will only understand when people stop all kinds of business with the this bank.

Seriously SBI should Hire people who wants to work and not this type of people who just wants to waste customers time.

This the worst sbi branch, very pathetic and useless employees. They don't want to work and so they blame each others work. They treat customers very rudely and badly. Sbi should not hire such employees who not at all want to work but just want to rest. Ridiculous experience.. very much disappointed
