HDFC Bank

Had a very bad experience, I wanted to create a salary account I gave my application after two weeks as I inquired about it they informed me that my form has been misplaced. This is not for the first time last month my friend faced same problem. They are creating more trouble to every customer due. I would never recommend any HDFC bank.
It is said that customer is the most important person in every department and if you are not giving good treatment to customer then what is the use I would suggest that until and unless it is urgent don't create an account on HDFC

I opened Current and Savings account there, very polite staff and very helpful for every information. Almost staff signed all documents at my Restaurant. Also I applied for Health Insurance, Fire Saftey, POS also, got very good response from there and mainly Vikesh Sir supported in each every thing which like most. One of the amazing staff ever as I experienced

from the past two months i applied for credit card application but no one is answering about credit card application every time i am taking follow up and they said its in process and after few days when we checked on portal that shows application declined so its very bed experience with the staff and HDFC bank if we are not eligible for credit card at least show some transparency very bed service ...

Due to backend mobile app was not responding auto debit, I lose 1400 rupees due to technical bug there side. They dined refund to me. The worst bank…be careful guys

I am submitting this review to get help from the Branch Manager, as I am working with a relationship manager for past 3 months to add a name to our joint account. I am NRI with substantial investment in the NRE/NRO account. I had last visit at your office in person and submitted all the required documents to add a name to the account. After many requests and calls, the RM has been absolutely worthless to help NRE residents. I am unable to get hold of anyone who can really help with a simple request to add a name to the account. If you send me an email, I can share with you the details of RM and my account information. RM is worthless individual. Hope i get an email to get the support i need. Thanks

Holding NRO Acc there. The staff has no clear knowledge about the procedure of fund transfer to other countries. I had to go to 3 tables for total 9 times with no clear clue whatsoever.

My parents have two bank and Demat accounts with HDFC. After my father’s death, I am trying to remove his name from accounts and get the Re-KYC done, trying for almost a month without any success. My mother is 83 years old and I had brought her three times to different branches. Even after assuring me to be done in 7 working days, today is more than 23rd day and still KYC is not done.
To open a new account they will visit your house but for this kind of matters customer service is zero.

Totally unacceptable !!

KYC takes 7 working days after submission + 2-3 days for courier. I don’t know why they don’t use scanner instead.

Don't go for open Selery account thay are convert my Selery account into saving account without asking me and now my account balance gone in minus -3200 I had go and give application for closing this account but still after 1 month my account was not forward for closing. And got message that please maintain balance for avoid penalty
