SBI Alkapuri Branch

Visited branch for opening savings bank account. I was surprised to see the speed at which staff was working. Within 30 minutes I got my account opened and passbook was also printed. Got net banking details. No other bank/branch opens the account same day. Hats off.

One of the worst service I got out of all branches in Vadodara. I have emailed them 2-3 times for my account related questions, no reply till today also when I call the NRI department always loosing my phones signals and they hang-up the phone after a while. They usually pick-up call after trying 10-15 times plus not giving the proper answer is so annoying. If somebody from SBI found this comment then let those NRI department know, they need to reply to customers so we can use account else there is no meaning of opening account and somebody can't use it for 6 months.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I had been to the Alkapuri branch to sort out matters related to the pension account of my late father. The staff has been very helpful and very supportive in answering my queries and helping resolve them. I want to particularly thank Mr Binay Dwivedi - the Chief Manager - he was incredibly courteous, helpful and kind enough to ensure I received the help I wanted. Kudos to the team at SBI!

An excellent branch. Courteous staff. Prompt action in addressing issues. In totality, a bundle of Complete Customer Satisfaction. It's not possible without good banking ethicsa culture, lead by an able leadership up the heirarchy. A sincere thank you to all the staff. Keep going.

I have felt best expirience i got car loan sanction within 3 hr which is more than we expect. i highly recommend to contact this branch before taking any financial services from any where with in baroda.

As everyone know about the SBI , This is not different from else branches. But the services provided by them is a bit more better. By the entery of brach you have to provide the information about your work and then they will give you a token number and you have to follow the order to get on the counter , during this period you have to wait for the your number to screen on LED screen. During this period you have to seat on couch and this service is provided by this branch only as I have seen so far.

A better branch of SBI. ❤️

Worst bank by far compared to the others in the area especially. 21 counters just to keep only a handful open, only 1 person at a counter can do 1 task so each counter has a line that takes well over an hour of waiting just to be told come back in the evening. NRI section people cut ahead of those that where waiting prior and employees don’t care. The employees are not helpful nor care about the issues presented with their bank, machines/system half the time are offline or not working. There is nothing at all I can find redeeming about banking at this branch or any of the SBIs

One should change the perception about nationalized banks. I recently visited the bank and it was my first experience. Bank staff is helpful and cooperative. good customer service.
