ICICI banking services is top in country but particular this branch's staff's response is not good... Sometimes they are talking with each other and totally ignoring customers.

Parking facility is not available, telephone number is also not available. You can clearly see that they totally ignores telephone ring...

Overall banking experience is not good at this particular Branch.

I was been there for Enrollment of Aadhaar Card but none of them was working on the same. They just said they are working to the government but none of really want to provide services. They all are making the people of the country fool. Government just handover work to them and they said some problems occurred give some reason that system is not working and something else. But don't do their work properly. Very bad service. Indian government should take some serious action against such service provider.

Arrogant employees, extremely poor services and Irresponsible team! No one takes responsible to professionally deal genuine clients/ issues. Each employee works as joker throwing on issue to next table or upper managements! Wish and negative ranking for this branch!

Very very very bad service.. employees even don't know what is the process of particular thing they are just wasting time of client..they don't inform whole the process at one time ...they don't even respecting age of client.. such a illiterate and careless employees... i don't even understand what they even are doing in customer service department.. if they are sitting here then they should know how to talk with customer and procedures of everything whatever client ask... specially a lady sitting in second chair when we enter to bank... i suggest if anyone are going here... just don't go to her... she don't know anything...
