Worse service, rude behaviour. Very rude behaviour of security guard when we ask a question, facial expressions get changed, and become angry, and behave like we have done any crime. Directly talk with word "Tum rukko". No respect to even old age persons. THIRD GRADE.

Oh...This Bank is so lazy in dealing with customers...really they give you a hard time getting your worked done here...even a small little work...they never receive call done to their landline number and the fun fact is that the Branch Manager will never be seen at the branch...he never ever comes to the bank...i do not what else he is doing...

Third class bank and staff in all nationalised bank,

Leaving now been sitting hear for an hour, wanted to open an account but the staff is not available also no one is helping the couple standing outside who also wants to open an account. Thanks for the great service.

Bank Staff is very nice and so helpful. Resolving query as soon as possible. Overall, The experience is excellent.

Not enough staff and also bad service not answer any phone. atm machine many times out of service. Staff rude behaviour. So many customers disappointed with this Bank
